Hi, I’m David Gaddis. I started ChartSmart to close a gap I saw for years in leadership: teams drown in data and documents—but don’t have clean, usable visuals or process guides to make decisions quickly.

I’ve spent 20+ years in manufacturing and warehousing operations—managing people, improving layouts, building KPIs, and reporting to executives. That experience shapes everything I deliver: tools that are easy to read, easy to maintain, and actually used.
